On the nose, this 13-year Tennessee whiskey reveals complex aromas of caramel, maple, and vanilla with layers of charred oak, dried fruit, butterscotch, leather, and warm spices that reflect its maturity and the mellowing influence of the Lincoln County Process. The palate is rich and full-bodied, delivering flavors of brown sugar, toffee, toasted oak, and dark fruit with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, tobacco, and black pepper that create remarkable depth and sophistication. The finish is exceptionally long and elegant with persistent oak, sweet caramel, spice, and the smooth, refined character that extended aging and charcoal mellowing produce. The 13 years have created beautiful integration where wood influence, spirit character, and Tennessee's distinctive production method work in perfect harmony without any harsh edges or over-oaking. Best enjoyed neat or with minimal water to appreciate the full complexity and unique character of this specific barrel.
