I do not usually drink blanco tequila, I usually prefer reposado for both mixing and drinking neat, but I was pleasantly surprised by this bottle. This tequila is great for mixing, it contributes a very clean agave flavor to the drink without getting in the way of the other ingredients. It is also very interesting to drink neat, you can taste the raw, grassy, vegetal flavors of the agave and it's very expressive without being harsh at all. I definitely recommend this bottle for making mixed drinks, you won't be disappointed!
Clean and smooth! Makes a fantastic tequila for mixed drinks, and very easy to sip on for a blanco.
