Can’t go wrong with any of these syrups from Small Hand Foods. It’s hard to imagine choosing any other orgeat brand over this.
saw recipes for Orgeat syrup and although i enjoy making things from scratch, i did not fancy making it. Such a relief Small Hand Foods did the hard work and i could do all the enjoying, Thank you Small Hand Foods! I got this for Mai Tai but have used it in all kinds of drinks, im almost ready for another bottle. Excellent shipping from BB, even amidst a global pandemic!
My husband loves it
I love this fresh product. It’s fantastic for a Mai Tai and other tropical drinks. Not too sweet like other Orgeat syrups. One night, out of necessity, I used it with Coconut La Croix, lime juice, Priqly, prickly pear liqueur and a Rhum Agricole from Raff Distillery. Now it’s one of my signature Tiki style drinks…still working on a name.
This is the orgeat I use for home cocktails, and it works excellently! I find that it can keep in the fridge for months, although it does need a bit of a shake to redistribute the dried almond solids after some time.
Orgeat syrup adds a nice smooth complexity to my rum cocktails both in taste and texture.
