Solento Añejo is made from 100% organic blue agave in small batches from a single estate, it ages for 18 months in American Oak barrels before bottling. Smooth notes of buttery maple, toasted hazelnuts, and a hint of oak. With a velvety mouthfeel and a lingering ruby grapefruit and butterscotch finish, it is best sipped neat.
Solento’s award-winning distillery is based in Jalisco, Mexico, and has been producing tequila for over 60 years. They practice a production process that respects the environment and favors quality over quantity. Their jimadors are meticulous in their technique; carefully removing the bitter stem to leave only the naturally sweet parts of the agave behind.
