Sonoma Distiller's Edition Cherrywood Rye Whiskey

Sonoma Distilling Co makes local and sustainable whiskey from non-GMO grains grown in California and the Wyoming. They distill on direct-fire heated copper alembic stills and age in open air barrel rooms in char level 3 new American Oak barrels.

This seasonal release is bottled at 48% ABV. It is distilled from a mash bill containing 80% unmalted rye, 10% wheat, and 10% cherrywood smoked barley. Notes of dried figs, toasted almonds, brandied cherries, and new leather.
