Sonoma Distiller's Edition Cherrywood Bourbon

Sonoma Distilling Co makes local and sustainable whiskey from non-GMO grains grown in California, Canada, and Wyoming. They distill on direct-fire heated copper alembic stills and age in open air barrel rooms in char level 3 new American Oak barrels.

This seasonal release is bottled at 48% ABV. It is distilled from a mash bill of 67% corn, 20% rye, and 13% cherrywood smoked barley. Notes of maraschino cherry, smoke, allspice, and vanilla.
