Sonoma Distilling California Bourbon
Sonoma Distilling Co makes local and sustainable whiskey from non-GMO grains grown in California, Canada, and Wyoming. They distill on direct-fire heated copper alembic stills and age in open air barrel rooms in char level 3 new American Oak barrels.
Their flagship bourbon is made from a mashbill of 70% corn from California, 25% wheat from California, and 5% malted barley from Wyoming. Traditionally produced on old fashioned copper pot stills, this gentle but full bodied whiskey showcases notes of toasted vanilla, almond, toffee brittle, and coffee. Bottled at 46% abv.
