Tapatio Blanco 110 Proof Tequila

Crafted at La Alteña in the mountains of Jalisco and bottled at 55% abv, the maximum allowed proof in Tequila production, this expression of Tapatio is like the director's cut, showing everything in full force. In order to retain as much of the terroir of the agaves, Tapatio is double distilled as close to bottle strength as possible. Aromas of herbaceous raw agave, white pepper, citrus zest, and bright mint. On the palate, intense cooked agave, a slight smoke, pepper, anise, cinnamon and apple. The finish keeps going and going, with lingering pepper and vegetal earthiness.
