Product details
Shiso is the common name for the Asian culinary herb, seed, and the entirety of the Preilla frutescens plant, which belongs to the mint family. The whole leaf of green shiso is often used as a receptacle to hold wasabi or various garnishes on a sushi plate. Shiso bitters are prepared using carefully selected blue shiso from the longstanding Aoba plantation, which grows the highest quality of shiso in Chiba Prefecture. Chiba Prefecture is also the heart of Japanese Bitter production.
Try adding to a gin and tonic or martini. Or make a Shiso Julep with a Japanese whiskey.

Jordan C. I ordered this to recreate a Japanese Old Fashioned I had somewhere, after getting the recipe from the bartender. Way overpriced for what you're getting, and my dropper isn't properly sealed so it often loses all suction and lets the bitters leak out.

Hideo M. use very sparingly - highly extracted in a way that can tend towards bitter/acrid if more than a drop or two per drink...

John S. Made a Gin and Tonic with it and it made for a nice variant.
