The Pathfinder Negroni Cocktail

Discover a revolutionary take on Italy's most iconic aperitivo with the Pathfinder Negroni -a ready-to-drink cocktail that reimagines the classic through an innovative, spirit-free lens. Crafted with Pathfinder's acclaimed hemp-distilled base and a proprietary blend of botanicals, this is a Negroni for the modern age: complex, bold, and completely non-alcoholic.

Pathfinder Negroni presents the classic deep ruby-red color that signals a proper Negroni. The nose is authentically complex: bitter orange, aromatic herbs, gentian root, and botanical depth create an inviting aperitivo bouquet.

The palate delivers the signature Negroni experience: bold bitterness from gentian and wormwood balanced by subtle sweetness and herbal complexity. Notes of orange peel, juniper-like botanicals, and warming spices create layers of flavor that unfold with each sip. The hemp-distilled base provides body and depth that mimics the mouthfeel of a traditional spirit-based cocktail.

The finish is clean and appropriately bitter—the hallmark of a proper Negroni—with lingering herbal notes and citrus that stimulate the appetite.
