The Real McCoy 3 Year Rum

From Foursquare Distillery in Barbados comes this aged and filtered white rum bottled for the Real McCoy. The rum bursts forth from the glass with aromas of fresh and candied fruit. Beyond the fruit is a bit of vanilla and floral notes. The rum enters with a pleasant mix of sweet fruit, vanilla and cream, balanced by a good amount of black pepper and nutmeg, with a hint of cardamom. The finish is quite long and delightful. A fine white rum suitable for sipping over ice, or mixing in classic old school Caribbean cocktails like a Daiquiri, Mojito, or El Presidente. Bottled at 40% abv.
