An absolute ginger bomb - this is probably a 5-star for someone, but its not my jam unfortunately.
Having it straight it is strongly ginger-forward and lingers with that ginger/radish-y burn on the back of the throat. The lemongrass adds and enhances the ginger to give it an extra punch. Tart cherry and Rooibos make it slightly medicinal with its slight sourness, but overall not bad if you enjoy the flavors. With ice and some sugar, the tartness and overall spice die down heavily, however the ginger burn sticks around just as strong.
Again, I should've realized if it said zesty first on the label I was in for a ginger bomb. Not my cup of tea, but that doesn't mean its a bad drink.
