Veso Solstice Aperitif

Veso Solstice tastes like bright, tart strawberry and citrus with a balanced, subtle bitterness, reminiscent of a strawberry lemonade popsicle, sangria, or grapefruit cordial with hints of orange blossom honey and orange zest, making it fresh, fruity, and not overly sweet. It's a wine-based aperitif featuring real strawberries, oranges, and grapefruit, colored with hibiscus for a vibrant look.  Veso infused whole strawberries (with their green tops!), hand-peeled oranges and grapefruit, aromatic bitter orange peels, and dried hibiscus flowers into California wine and grape spirits. The result is not too sweet, and perfectly balanced by a subtle bitter finish. Bitterness in the finish comes from the addition of bitter orange peel.
