Widow Jane "Decadence" 10 Year Bourbon

I was a bit disappointed in that it didn't live up to all the marketing hype of being this blockbuster Maple matured bomb. On the nose just a very slight maple syrup and cinnamon very nice but not overwhelming . The taste very good a little light on flavors of cinnamon and more like a Cabernet Sav wine. Enjoyable , I give it 4* but for the price I wouldn't buy it again.

Incredibly smooth with a faint maple flavor on the end. It's the bomb.

Very tasty. I bought the bottle for a Bourbon Bundt Cake recipe but my husband and I taste tested it prior to baking. I’ve made two cakes so far and have one more to go. Guess that we can drink the rest ourselves!

It's not as maple-y as you would think from the description, but a very smooth pour of excellent bourbon. Almost an after-dinner sort of pour.

A delicious dessert bourbon to have after dinner. Reminds me of the midnights dram from high west. It is filling my void till i can get my hands on midnights dram. Maple syrup shines in this bourbon and once you start to have some after dinner pretty hard to stop.

A true dessert bourbon. when you can’t. get midnights dram from high west, this one is a good one to fill that void. For the wine drinkers out there, it reminds me of ice wine. this one is still a good one to have for after dinner bourbon. The maple syrup barrel definitely shines and it is pretty hard to stop drinking once you start.
