Worthy Park 109 Jamaica Dark Rum

Big, funky Jamaican overproof that punches way above its price. I tried it neat first to get the full ester hit, but where it really earns shelf space is in spirit-forward drinks - it carries a rum old fashioned like nothing else under $35. Will be restocking when this bottle runs out.

This is bananas foster in a glass. The moody cousin of the bright and loud Smith and Cross. It brings an indulgent molasses-caramel silkiness to cocktails like planters punch. I like to mix this 50:50 with Smith and cross in a Mai Tai to give it both the treble and bass of jamaican funk.

Very excited to have a product like this for home cocktailing. Imagine if Worthy Park made Lemon Hart and this is probably what you'd get. It's got that distinct overripe banana note that I love from Worthy Park plus the extra caramel that meets all my black rum needs. I foresee keeping this permanently stocked in my home bar.

Great value, too, to have a true Navy Strength product at under $25. Can't beat that!
