Wright & Brown Overproof White Rum

To make this unique American rum, Wright & Brown use 100% Grade-A Black Strap Molasses from Georgia. Black strap molasses is the inkiest, most bitter of the sugar byproducts and adds a beautiful depth of character to rum that is both buttery and floral. It was distilled on a small Vendome Copper Pot Still - lending a full flavor with complex notes of earth, ripe fruits, herbs, florals, and a hint of anise. Perfect for cocktails where an overproof white pot still rum is called for. It’s flavor and body provides a great balance to sweeter, more tropical flavors, particularly in rum punches or other traditional tiki concoctions. Bottled at 58.5% abv.
