Velvety, with wood, herb, ripe fruit, and spice notes. Almost 80 herbs and spices are blended into Yzaguirre's exclusive formula. Excellent in a long drink with a few drops of Campari, 3 or 4 ice cubes, a slice of orange, a twist of orange peel and fresh mint leaves.

Yzaguirre was recommended to me while I was in Spain, and it has become my favorite in my search for the best Spanish vermouth available in the U.S. I love the complexity of the flavors. It comes closer than anything else I’ve found here to the vermouths I enjoyed in Barcelona. My favorite way to drink it is simply over ice with a slice of orange before dinner.
This and Ford's Gin is my absolute favorite negroni. It's deep and smooth with a lot of body. Lovely!

Reminds me of the vermouth we had in Spain. Sweet and spicy, but not peppery. Lovely aperitif.
