Accompani Blue Dorris Liqueur

Accompani is the line of liqueurs from Portland, Oregon's Straightaway Cocktails, previously known primarily for their stellar bottled cocktails. Blue Dorris is a floral/herbal liqueur that can play well across the board, bringing a floral pop to a stirred whiskey cocktail, or lending depth to a tall, fizzy gin drink. Made with a variety of botanicals including orris root, muskmallow, pink peppercorn, myrtle, elecampane, bay leaf, chamomile, and rose. On the nose, the rose is up front, with violet candies, ripe strawberries, and bay leaf. The palate deepens the situation with sweet pine, iris, lemon, and more rose. An utterly unique and complex liqueur. Bottled at 35% abv.
