Amargero Aperitif Liqueur

Made on the Spanish island of Mallorca (Majorca) in the Mediterranean Sea. Handmade with the bitter oranges from the island.  No preservatives are added and is unfiltered.  

Add Amargero to some dry white wine with a squeeze of lemon juice.  Use it in a Breakfast Martini replacing the marmalade.  Or even substitute the red bitter with this in a Mallorcan Negroni!
