Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
Only the highest quality sun-dried or fire-roasted chiles are selected to be hand-cut, with scissors and combined with a pure sugar cane spirit from Veracruz. This unique spirit brings warmth and spice to a variety of cocktails. The nose has roasted chile as well as a slightly spicy pepper. Cinnamon and sweet honey pop through so the nose leans more towards sweet than spicy. On the palate, the roasted ancho chile, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. It’s spicy but not uncomfortably so.
