This may be true when young, but this VORS, with over thirty years’ aging, has reached such extraordinary complexity and elegance that it resists any easy definition. An Oloroso of this stature stands alone as a monument to itself. Drawn from old soleras kept in the 19th-century El Potro bodega in Sanlúcar’s Barrio Alto. "Vinum Optimun Rare Signatum" or “Very Old Rare Sherry.” Oenological jewels that have been jealously guarded in traditional soleras for over 30 years, awaiting the perfect moment to surprise wine lovers and experts alike.

Complex aromas revealing leather, roasted coffee, vanilla and the old wood of the soleras. On the palate, it is smooth and warm in the mouth with nuances of walnut and pastries.
