Brucato Crane Cove Rye Whiskey

The first whiskey to come from San Francisco's own Brucato Spirits, this extremely limited release was created by blending two barrels of 100% malted rye whiskey distilled by (Bitters and Bottles favorite) Old Potrero. The barrels were matured for nine years, and the blend is bottled at a robust 110 proof. The nose presents aromas of pine, pumpernickel, cherry, apple, and baking spice. The palate features flavors of cocoa, brown sugar, baking spice, cedar, ginger, and toasted oak. Crane Cove is a wonderful take on a longtime Bitters and Bottles favorite rye whiskey. With Old Potrero no longer producing whiskey in San Francisco, this may be one of the last chances to experience genuine old school Old Potrero rye that was distilled here in the City on Potrero Hill.
