Casa Mariol Vermut Negre

Fantastic Spanish Vermut. I enjoy drinking over ice in a small glass. It's taste and smell remind me of time in Madrid and Granada. Thanks for the great recommendation from the staff at Bitters and Bottles.

A standard sweet vermouth. Good, but not particularly interesting.

Cola, citrus, cinnamon, vanilla. Slightly acidic, thick, sweet.
They must have tried to riff on Coca Cola. Who doesn't like a Coke
Pour over a BFC and serve with olives for a pre- tapa snack.

yum sweet with a mellow woodsy bitter finish

Pour over large ice cube, garnish with a slice of orange. Reminds me of summers spent in Catalonia!

I thought the bottle was cool so I bought it, and it came with the recipe printed on the side. It was great. I made the recipe exactly like the bottle said and I felt like a bar tender!
