Castello di Cacchiano is an aristocratic estate in Gaiole in Chianti owned by descendants of the Ricasoli family, who helped define the Chianti recipe. Sourced from Sangiovese blended with Canaiolo and Colorino and aged in large traditional oak casks, it pairs perfectly with Florentine steak or Margherita pizza.
