Made with fresh passion fruit juice (100 percent non-GMO passion fruit grown in the town of Majagual in the Dominican Republic), cane sugar and neutral cane sugar spirit, the cordial is neon yellow, subtly sweet, lip-smackingly sour and incredibly versatile.
Chinola can be sipped straight or over ice, and tastes wonderful when mixed. You can use it in a Highball with straight seltzer or sparkling wine, or add it to an Aperol Spritz. It also works wonderfully in tropical or tiki cocktails that call for a passion fruit syrup like a Hurricane. It’s drier, boozier, livelier and fresher tasting than any other passion fruit syrups or liqueurs on the market.

I love the Passion Fruit Chinola. Great flavor, goes well with coke, or in a G&T, and of course in tiki drinks.

First thrilled to have found BittersandBottles! This is nectar in a bottle! It is like pureed passion fruit with alcohol - both sweet and a hint of tart. If you like or love Passion Fruit you have to have a bottle of this! Super by itself or in a Passion Fruit Martini and other cocktails. Highly recommend it!

This stuff is amazing for tropical cocktails. Not too sweet or syrupy, and a little bit sour. It tastes remarkably fresh. It makes a fantastic daiquiri!
Very true to actual passion fruit flavor. Great with soda as an aperitif. Haven’t tried it without soda but it’s so good, putting a (long) straw directly into the bottle will work just as well. :-)

Very strong and natural passion fruit flavor. Much sweeter than I expected. I’ve been experimenting with tiki drinks so that they’re not too sweet and the passion fruit flavor works with other tropical flavors
