Works fine with a sparkling wine, not as great in a paloma. I actually find the grapefruit not very bright and kind of just too sweet.
Muted and delicate, which would work well with sparkling wine. I prefer Giffard Pamplemouse, which has a more pronounced, brighter grapefruit flavor.
Great bottle to have on had for your cocktails. Picked up the Dead Rabbit Mixology Mayhem and this was called for in our my new favorite cocktail
Plenty of grapefruit zing without being overly sweet. Works well with agave spirits and gin or anywhere you want a different citrus flavor. Works great with Mezcal for a paloma sour.
