Compass Box "Malt Whiskey Collection"

The Malt Whisky Collection from Compass Box features 50 ml bottles of three core blended malts. The Peat Monster, bottled at 46% abv., is a blend of Caol Ila, Laphroaig, and an unidentified Highland malt with a smoky profile. The Spice Tree, bottled at 46% abv, takes the Highland malt blend and combines it with malt from Balmenach and Glen Moray for a fruit and baking spice flavor. The Story of the Spaniard features malts mostly aged in Spanish wine casks and has notes of citrus and ripe red fruit.
