Product details
The original recipe from 1935 is based on a combination of 28 delicately infused premium natural botanicals. A traditional process of cold maceration is used to create a sophisticated, all natural, complex and well balanced ’boutique’ aperitif that will make any Contratto based cocktail an exceptional experience. It gets its vibrant colour from vegetable extracts – Carrot and Beetroot. Try as a vibrant alternative to Aperol.
- Has a wonderful orange peel characteristic without being too sweet.
- Very refreshing. No artificial colors or sweeteners!

Really good Campari substitute
For a replacement of Aperol for good reason. Has a wonderful orange peel characteristic without being too sweet. The bitters are balanced and it worked wonderfully as a Negroni's and a Contratto Spritz. Lots of value as well since this is a one liter bottle. Definitely adding this to my list of bottles to keep on the bar.
Think of this as a craft aperol :-)
A less sweet, more interesting Aperol alternative for my Paper Plane addiction
Not much different than Aperol, to my taste, but it's great value for a 1L bottle.
So refreshing, less sweet than Aperol (and also seemed a lot less bitter too). Never using anything else now!
I love that it makes such a fresh Aperol! No artificial colors or sweeteners! Very refreshing. I don't feel like I am drinking garbage!
Refreshing, less sweet alternative to Aperol
