Green River Full Proof Wheated Bourbon Whiskey

Distilled from a mash of 70% corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley, Green River Full Proof is blended in small batches using barrels aged 5-7 years and is bottled without chill filtration at cask strength of 109.3 proof. The nose is sweet and fruity with peach, nectarine, cherry, vanilla frosting, and a fresh baked bread scent. On the palate, fruit hits first with apricot, orange, and peach rings along with buttercream frosting and a touch of cinnamon. The medium length finish features fresh wheat bread, cinnamon, leather, tobacco, and dried fruit.
