Isle of Harris The Hearach Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Distilled on the tiny Isle of Harris off the northeastern coast of Scotland, the Hearach Single Malt features lightly peated malt matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, ex-Oloroso Sherry, and ex-Fino Sherry casks and bottled without chill filtration or added color at 92 proof. A light, sweet peat smoke opens the sip followed by notes of applesauce, candied ginger, vanilla, honeycomb, and clotted cream with baking spices, toasted malt, and light smoke lingering through a medium finish.
