Kota Pandan Liqueur

This aromatic liqueur, a collaboration between Maison Gabriel Boudier and "pandan evangelist" Nico de Soto, is distilled in Dijon using pandan leaves from Thailand. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of fresh green pandan, vanilla, coconut, and warm shortbread. The palate is smooth and creamy, with a balance of sweetness and herbaceous pandan, complemented by notes of vanilla custard and toasted rice. The finish is long and warming, leaving a pleasant trail of sweet grass, butter cookies, and a hint of nutmeg.
