Distilled from four grains - only not the ones you'd expect! Instead, this well balanced spirit is crafted from a mash of oats, malted barley, rye, and wheat, all are 100% organic grains. The whiskey is aged in new oak barrels from Minnesota before being bottled at 94 proof. You'll find various types of banana featured on the nose, along with creamy biscuit, vanilla frosting, and dried, tropical fruits. The palate shows pie crust, cinnamon, and sticky dried figs, followed by light hints of oak, maple syrup, and spice on the finish.
