Koval Four Grain Single Barrel Whiskey

This unique American whiskey features a four grain mash bill with no corn at all - 37.5% malted barley, 37.5 % oat (!), 12.5% oat, and 12.5% wheat.  It is aged in heavily charred Minnesota white oak barrels before bottling as single barrels at 94 proof. Sweet and easy to drink, the oat component lends a creamy texture and subtle sweetness to the whiskey. Notes of bananas Foster, vanilla, dried figs, cinnamon, and shortbread cookies work with the creamy oat texture to create an enjoyable drinking experience from start to finish.
