Leopold Sour Lime Cordial

And like a lot of our other recent favorites - it's fun, easy to use, pairs with just about everything, and is freaking delicious. Top off with sparkling water and make a boozy soda. Upgrade your highball by layering in a pour of your favorite spirit - blanco tequila, gin, rum, or vodka. Try muddling the lime cordial with a bit of cucumber, jalapeno, mint, or cilantro. For shaken cocktails, reduce the amount of fresh lime or lemon juice the recipe calls for - the Leopold Lime is bringing lots of acidity as well.
