A perfect blend of two wines: a dry, mineral and crisp Fino sherry and a sweet and floral Moscatel wine. The main botanicals include very aromatic and slightly bitter chamomile, gentian for a boost of astringency, rosemary to add a fresh and herbaceous touch, marjoram for citric and balsamic notes, and of course wormwood adds vermouth's characteristic bitterness. The perfect aperitif if accompanied with olives, nuts or any snacks. Serve chilled on the rocks and garnished with a green olive.

ChefSally On a trip to Spain we were introduced to Lustau white vermouth on ice with a lemon twist on a hot day. It was so refreshing, crisp, light, and loved the herbal notes. We were immediately hooked. Then we did the tour in Jerez. Terrific! Been a big fan ever since. The perfect hot weather sipper. I prefer Spanish Lustau white for sipping and French (Dolin) for cooking. It's hard to find so thank you BB!
