These are an aromatic bitters made with Candy Cap Mushrooms, a wild harvested variety from the Pacific Northwest which smell like maple syrup. Earthy and sweet notes of maple layered with umami and spice. Try these unique bitters in cocktails that use Benedictine, such as the Monte Carlo, or in a Bourbon based Fancy Free.

Nicole I had this in club soda and it was earthy, aromatic, not sweet, full of flavor, smoky, gave the impression of a cocktail and I can't get enough. This is my go-to bitters for probably ever. Please never discontinue. I can't drink anymore due to health conditions and this is so rewarding and delicious.
