Oola Waitsburg Single Barrel #2014-29 Bourbon

Distilled in 2014 from a four grain mash bill containing corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, Barrel 2014-53-29 was aged for 10 years in a full-size 53 gallon charred oak barrel before bottling without chill filtration at 116 proof. The nose is rich and inviting with scents of freshly brewed coffee, milk chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweet oak. Sipping brings flavors of rich dark chocolate, New Orleans style chicory coffee, toffee, cinnamon, and tobacco. The baking spices lead the long lasting finish, with cinnamon, clove, and black pepper joined by chocolate and sweet oak.
