Little by little, Pajarote makes the basis of this drink with natural guava pulp. The pulp of this punch is super aromatic and full of flavors. Then they add sugar cane syrup and natural water. Finally, everything is mixed with cane alcohol to achieve the perfect sweet and sour balance on the palate of this guava ponche. Bottled at 15% abv.

Adrian After trying this at a fancy mezcaleria, i was on a hunt to find this. Bitters and bottles were kind enough to track it down for me and I’m so happy. Drink is tropical with authentic guava flavor. No artificial taste here. Highly recommend.
