Quinta do Infantado Ruby Port is a distinctive, medium-dry ("meio-seco") fortified wine originating from Portugal's Douro Valley. It differentiates itself from standard Ruby Ports by virtue of its lower sugar content and higher natural alcohol levels, resulting in a more "vinous" or wine-like characteristic, avoiding an overly syrupy or jammy finish.

The wine presents a deep ruby color, accompanied by rich notes of plum, black raspberry, blackberry jam, and dark chocolate, further enhanced by subtle hints of spice and licorice.
