A blend of MGP sourced rye whiskey and Redwood Empire's own California-distilled rye, Emerald Giant Cask Strength* features a derived mash bill of 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat aged from 4-7 years and bottled at without chill filtration at a barrel strength of 115.4 proof. This flavorful whiskey features flavors of Earl Grey tea, cinnamon stick, cocoa, and rye spice with a long, warming finish.
