A blend of MGP sourced rye whiskey and Redwood Empire's own California-distilled rye, Emerald Giant* features a derived mash bill of 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat aged from 4-7 years and bottled at 90 proof. Approachable, mixable, and good enough to sip neat, Emerald Giant offers flavors of peppercorn, rye spice, green herbs, honey, and sweet oak.
