A blend of MGP sourced rye whiskey and Redwood Empire's own California-distilled rye, Emerald Giant features a derived mash bill of 92% rye, 5% malted barley, and 3% wheat aged from 4-7 years and bottled at 90 proof. Approachable, mixable, and good enough to sip neat, Emerald Giant offers flavors of peppercorn, rye spice, green herbs, honey, and sweet oak.

The whiskey is named for the Emerald Giant Redwood Tree which is estimated to be 1,180 years old and 359 feet tall. Located in California's Russian River Valley, Redwood Empire is committed to sustainability. For each bottle purchased, Redwood Empire will plant a tree.
