Salers Gentiane Aperitif

An elegant, soft-spoken, but very distinct bitter aperitif, Salers is as beautiful to drink as the bottle is to look at. It has an earthy vegetal note that is complemented by hints of citrus peel, mint and anise. It is made from the roots of a plant in the alps and is distilled with an assortment of herbs and matured in Limousin oak casks.
