Good depth of flavor and not too sweet

Great bitter instead of Campari in your next Negroni. A lot more complex flavor and not as overly sweet like Campari.

Less medicinal than Campari yet still complex— definitely pleased I picked this up.

I’ve tried many, many bitter aperitivi and always come back to this one. Earthy and woody. Use it anyway you would use Campari.

My wife hated Negroni's because of the taste of Campari. I bought some of this and made her a negroni with it, and it became one of her favorite cocktails. She uses it regularly with negroni's, boulevardier's or on the rocks.

Fantastic flavor and depth. Less bitter and more complex than Campari so it's an interesting substitution. (Also much less orange flavor). Lots of dry floral notes that I haven't tasted in other amari. Even great by itself on ice.

All my life was Campari, I saw this and gave it a try, perfect Campari, yes, as usual, Saint George is working hard to make everything great. Thank you!

With "campari" being called for in all kinds of negroni variations and other cocktails, I've settled on St George's Bruto as my more flexible alternative - the depth of flavor, with a nice woodsy rosemary anchoring things, pairs naturally across the board. I love it with gin, whiskey, rum, mezcal... even on its own.
