A limited-release, barrel-aged version of St. George's Dry Rye Gin. A rest in French and American oak wine casks that held Grenache rosé, Syrah, and Tannat gives this gin a lovely coppery pink hue and deep, rich flavors of saffron, caraway, coriander jam, peppercorns, juniper, rye and fruit jelly accompanying pepper heat. It's bigger than the sum of its parts: there's an almost amaro-like quality to it. A truly extraordinary barrel-rested gin.
