Product details
One of the most aromatic and complex gins out there, St. George Terroir Gin has become a local classic, as Bay Area as burritos, sourdough, or losing half your income to rent each month. The botanical lineup pulls inspiration from the California landscape (particularly Mount Tam in Marin). Many of its botanicals are foraged within 100 miles of its Alameda distillery (including Douglas fir, California bay laurel, coastal sage, and juniper foraged from the Diablo Range) for a true sense of California terroir. This giant reads immediately as piney, with a distinctly fir-like aroma that melds with the juniper and herbs. Memorable, woodsy, herbal, a little earthy, and utterly distinct.
- Great balance of botanicals with enough juniper flavor that it's not overwhelming in any area.
- Haven't found a better gin. And love that it's local.
- The Terroir takes the standard to a new level.

Molly V. This maybe my all-time favorite gin. It has a great balance of botanicals with enough juniper flavor that, though you know you're drinking gin, it's not overwhelming in any one flavor profile area. Great for a well-rounded martini or a delightful GT, you'll want to use this gin in any cocktail where you want the flavor of the gin to shine.
