Chambord is a French liqueur made in the Loire Valley, using an infusion of red and black raspberries, blackberries, vanilla, black currant, citrus peel, honey, and XO cognac.
Chambord has a rich, semi-sweet, and intense black raspberry flavor with pronounced sweetness but not overly cloying.
Use this liqueur in a Chambord Royale (Champagne with a splash of Chambord) or a French Martini (1.5 oz vodka, .75 oz Chambord and 2 oz pineapple juice).
