Made with peak season mangoes that were added to eau de vie of organic corn and Persian limes and black limes. Then after a year of macerating together the team started adding chilis - chili de arbol, chili ancho, chili guajillo and pasilla. The liqueur is spicy, tangy, fruity, smokey and absolutely delicious. A dream for mixing with agave but will work in almost anything.
