Foursquare Probitas Dark Rum

Probitas White Blended Rum was the first collaboration between Caribbean rum distilleries and has since become a benchmark for blended white rum, begging the question, “What is the ‘Probitas’ of dark rums?” The answer: More Probitas! The latest evolution of Probitas, referenced by its green label, is a blended dark rum with a higher proof, a greater stock of aged rum in the blend, and a higher-ester marque from Hampden Estate. In keeping with a centuries-old practice, caramel coloring produced by heating sugar in-house at the Foursquare distillery is used to color the rum without adding any sweetness.

Notes of rich fig, fresh caramel, brown butter, and vanilla with pineapple, orange peel, coconut, overripe banana, and subtle grass clippings. Non-chill filtered; 57% ABV.
