After developing a cult following for their zippy citrus and vegetal forward red aperitivo, it was only a matter of time before Todd "The Tinkerer" Leopold tried his hand at a transparent follow up, a new contender for your White Negroni bitter. It is built on three individual distillations of marigold, chamomile, and lemongrass, which are blended and then infused naturally with gentian root and lightly sweetened with cane sugar. It is delicately floral, with earthy bitterness and citrus-savory complexity from the lemongrass distillate.
