Leopold Three Chamber 9 Year Rye Whiskey

At Bitters & Bottles, our admiration for Todd Leopold and Leopold Bros distilling is well documented. We love the passion, quality, and craft that Todd brings to Leopold Bros liqueurs, gins, appertivos, bourbons, and other spirits. But Todd's true passion project and the highest expression of his craft is the Three Chamber Rye Whiskey. In order to get an authentic pre-Prohibition style whiskey, Todd had an historic Three Chamber Still built from manuscripts and diagram drawings and grew heritage Abruzzi rye that was used around the turn of the (20th) century. This year's release was aged for nine years and bottled at cask strength, creating a truly one-of-a-kind American whiskey.
