I had this mixed as an Aperol spritz in Zürich, and it was divine! Much better than the traditional orange flavoring.✨
On it's own, I found it a bit sweet and artificial tasting. Flavors taste more like peach or apricot rather than orange blossom and hibiscus. I used it to replace orange curacao in a Mai Tai and it was really good. I didn't have high hopes but was pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to using it in more tiki-like cocktails!
